Before Booking
Bourdoir Wait Times
To book and plan your boudoir, intimate or fashion photoshoot there is a 4-6 week wait time between booking and your photoshoot. We take the time and care to plan and prepare your photoshoot, so we do not offer last minute requests.
Maternity Wait Times
Maternity photoshoot bookings are taken from 14 - 22 weeks upfront, and scheduled for 30 weeks. Maternity photoshoots are conducted at our studio, and we do not offer outdoor options. Planning for your photoshoot will be organised between booking and your session date.
Business Wait Times
All business photography sessions are best booked 2-4 weeks in advance.
Please ensure there is one single representative as our main point of call and has the authority to answer questions and approve final decisions.

What are the steps and what to expect before you book your photoshoot
STEP ONE - THE END STATE
You are thinking about an amazing photoshoot and you are excited about creating something special and magical! But magic doesn't happen by happen stance, it is dreamed, it is planned and reseached... but where to start? Which is why we start with the End State In Mind. What is the final result you are looking for and how will you see yourself enjoying your portraits in the years to come? Here are a few questions to get you going

STEP TWO - DESIGN YOUR PHOTOSHOOT
Hi, I am Trish Polak your photographer, and I would Love to meet you to discuss your dream photoshoot. We will discuss final goals and the final result we will be shooting for ? From what to wear, to how you will display your images, what colour and styling design. During your consultation we will answers ALL your questions. Your shoot is carefully planned and fully designed. Pre-consults can take place in-person at our studio or on via zoom. Great portraits start with a great relationship. Tell us about your vision and we will work with you to make it happen.
You will go home with some homework after our consultation ! Inlcuding your moodboard and outfit planning.
STEP THREE - THE PHOTOSHOOT
The day of your photoshoot has arrived, and you are feeling excited and nervous ! This is completely normal and we ease you in slowly. We start of with your professional make over which takes about 1.5 - 2 hours of pampering and having a chat. Then we start the photoshoot with beautiful natural looks that you feel comfortable with. With music playing in the background and lots of laughs, you will soon feel completely comfortable and start having fun!
STEP FOUR - THE ORDERING SESSION
Straight after the photoshoot you will see all the unedited photos we took on the day. We will go through each on, and you will choose the ones you love the most. We will go through all the portrait products and samples that best suit your portraits and your home. This is the part were you make your final order, and we organise your payment options.
STEP FIVE - PRODUCT DELIVERY
We cannot wait to deliver your final products to you ! As we order your products from around the world, it may take a few weeks to arrive. Once they do we will call or email you and organise a time to pick your final art pieces for you to take home
STEP SIX - NEXT ROOM
Our experience and photoshoots are not a once off! We would absolutely love to photograph you again, and help rediscover a new love for your body as well as decorate your home with stunning art works.
